This website is run by Sean Cooper, a sole trader trading as Castscape, Unit 21, Oak Lane Business Park, Littleport, Ely, Cambridgeshire CB6 1RS. You can contact us at sean@castscape.uk or on 07899 100559.

By using this website you agree to these terms. They cover your use of the website only. Anything you buy from us is covered by what we agree with you when you order.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Please do not misuse it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with how it works. We may change, update or remove content at any time.

3. Our photos and content

The photographs and text on this website belong to Castscape or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please do not copy, republish or sell our photos or content without our permission, except where the law allows.

4. Information about our ornaments

  • Our ornaments are made and finished by hand, so each piece can differ slightly from the photos in size, colour and finish.
  • Sizes on this website are approximate.
  • The gallery shows examples of our work. It is not a list of what is in stock, so please ask us what is available now.
  • Information on this website is not an offer to sell. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We agree price, availability, and any collection or delivery with you directly before you buy.

5. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is general information and may not suit your circumstances. Please check anything important with us before you rely on it.

We do not promise that the website will always be available or free from faults.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

This website links to other services, such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

7. Your personal information

Our privacy notice explains how we use any personal information you send us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
